Meagan's Snowy Winter Maternity Session

My nephew (the one in that beautiful baby bump) may now be two-years old, but Meagan's maternity session was so stunning I needed to include it in the blog.

My dad once told me that although people think of winter as a time of the year that is dark and dead, it really isn't, everything is just resting and preparing to bring new life in the spring. It was such a beautiful perspective and gave me a newfound love for winter. Photographing my absolutely stunning little sister in the quiet winter woods as she was preparing to bring new life into this world really couldn't have been a more perfect setting.
