Thank you for taking the time to get to know more about me!
I have always loved photography, but first began focusing on photographing people in 2010 when my first daughter was born. I wanted to capture and remember every moment and emotion I felt as a new mom watching my first child grow. I wanted to learn all I could to create beautiful and memorable photographs of my little girl, and even more so when my second daughter was born in 2013. This hobby of mine grew until I officially turned it into a business in 2015.
As a photographer, I love so many things about each stage of life and therefore I choose to photograph them all! Whether you are interested in having me photograph your wedding day, your child's Senior portraits or anything in between, I will be sure to create a fun memorable experience that will leave you with photographs you will treasure forever!
I am first and foremost a momma to two beautiful girls. Running my own business has allowed me precious time to stay home with my daughters as they continue to grow much faster than I can handle.
I am a hopeless romantic, (probably the reason I swoon so much when I photograph couples) married to my high school sweetheart and love of my life.
I LOVE animals! Three of our many pets include our two spoiled dogs and an even more spoiled (and adorable) kitten. If you come out to my home studio chances are you may meet one or more of my cute chickens wandering around. I always welcome pets at sessions, so be sure to ask!
5 of my Faves...
FAMILY - I am very lucky to be a part of a very close-knit family. My business would never be where it is today without their support, especially from my mom & husband.
COFFEE - Most days I embarrassingly consume more coffee than water.
WINE - My husband and I love trying out new wines and our dream some day is to make our own wine (maybe even a winery), but for now we'll stick to tasting.
THE WATER - Nothing makes me happier than floating on our boat or basking in the sunshine by the pool or on a beach. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a mermaid at heart.
THE COUNTRY - born and raised in the country, I love the peace and open space of living on a quiet dead end road. I do love the excitement of a big city now and then, but just for a little while. ; )
